Classification of the house
The living room has an open kitchen. In the kitchen is the dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a induction cooker, oven / combi microwave, dishwasher and fridge. There is a separate freezer.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed.
Bedroom 2 has two single beds, which can also easily be converted into a double bed.
Bedroom 3 has two single beds and a private sink.
Bedroom 4 has a single bed and a private sink.
Bathroom 1 is equipped with a bathtub and a shower. At bathroom 1 is a separate toilet.
Bathroom 2 is equipped with a shower and toilet.
In the storage room is a washing machine and a dryer.
The total living space is approximately 133 m2. The veranda is about 27 m2.

On the southwest side of the house there is a veranda of about 27 m2.
The garden is 728 m2 and offers absolute privacy. In the garden there is a trampoline.
You park your car for free on the premises. There is enough space to park 2 cars.

Prices:
- In the low season you pay € 800 per week. Ask about the possibilities in the low season.
- In high season you pay € 1500 per week. You can only book from Friday to Friday.
- In the intervening period, prices are in between. Look for current prices in the booking calendar.
Prices include use of bed linen and towels, e-bikes, bicycles, surfboard, kayak and wagon.

Energy costs are calculated according to consumption
In consultation, you may bring 1 dog to Villa Watergeuzen during your holiday. After your stay, no dog hairs may be left behind in the house because there is no time for extra cleaning. Dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms. You may not use the garden as a dog toilet, because children always play here.
